1 pound fresh, peeled potatoes
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons beef bouillon granules
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 10 round baking pans.
In a large bowl, mix together potatoes, brown sugar, bouillon granules, salt, and cheese until smooth.
Place all potatoes in the prepared pans and bake in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes, or until bubbly in centers. Serve hot.
