2 pounds bacon, diced
1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1 (8 ounce) can tomato juice with juice
1 (8 ounce) package sliced mushrooms
1 (16 ounce) can black beans
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.
Slice Swiss cheese and bacon into bite size pieces. Roll each piece of cheese in bacon grease.
Place sliced mushrooms in a small bowl in a steak fryer. Add tomato juice with juice and Worcestershire sauce.
Fry hamburger for 10 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
