2 slices bacon
3 tablespoons ketchup
2 bananas
1 tomato, sliced into 1/4 inch slices
1 green bell pepper, sliced into strips
1 2/3 cups diced lemons
2 tablespoon coffee-flavored liqueur
Preheat grill to indirect setting.
Place bacon strips in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside. Heat ketchup in a small saucepan over medium heat.
While ketchup is heating, heat bacon slices in the microwave. Dip bacon strips into peanut butter. Press the grease into the bacon strips and its edges to seal. Crack eggs and liqueur into the skillet.
Carefully add sliced bananas, tomato slices and green pepper slices to skillet. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add eggs and coffee liqueur in the skillet and saute for 2 minutes.
Cook over high heat for 3 to 4 minutes, or until bananas begin to turn golden. Stir before serving.
