1 medium head cabbage
1 large onion, diced
2 medium potatoes, diced
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Rub cabbage well with olive oil, and pour into a 4 quart casserole dish. Cover, and reduce heat. Cover, and allow to simmer 2 hours in the water.
Lightly oil the top quarter of the casserole dish. Moisten a temporary plastic bag, and place one of the cabbage tops in the center of the bag. Fill the cavity with hash brown gravy, and add other potato cubes. Place cooked cabbage in the baking dish.
Bake uncovered at 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) for 10 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
