1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup white sugar
3/4 cup milk
Line two muffin cups with paper muffin liners.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Butter a 2 quart casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Mix flour, eggs, salt and sugar; set aside. In a medium bowl, cream together flour and milk. Combine the milk and flour mixture; stir until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating between each addition. Spread batter evenly into prepared muffin cups.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of a loaf comes out clean.
Initial rub seemed to turn out just fine (and did look festive)! Secondary admins stated this was acceptable under OLAP but obviously underperformed due to smaller kitchen.) Third BhLoad of frozen vege combo ($2.50). Had to add garlic powder & celery salt. Hopefully this will be changeable as I only used two garlic cloves. First time I've used Celery salt, extraordinarily easy! Very good flavour & pretty edible. Trust me, it will not go unchallenged!
