2 (10 ounce) packages Italian-style frozen puff pastry, thawed and drained
1/2 cup white sugar
2/3 cup butter, melted
1 (6 ounce) package instant white chocolate pudding mix
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1/2 (14 ounce) can white chocolate chips
1 pinch salt
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix together drained puff pastry and 1/4 cup sugar. Stir in melted butter or margarine, instant pudding mix, and cream.
Pour gelatin mixture into pastry-lined pastry shell, splitting into 5 portions. Pour mixture into crust; chill in refrigerator 1 hour.
