Strawberry Cobbler Recipe

Ingredients

4 cups fresh strawberries

2 egg whites

3/4 cup white sugar

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest

1 1/2 scoops chocolate, softened confectioners' coating (optional)

Directions

Lay out a baking sheet, and spread a layer of strawberries over the foil.

Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually combine with white sugar, lemon juice, and orange zest, stir until sugar has completely incorporated syrup. Drop black and white mixture over one sheet of frozen pie filling. Fold foil over entire pan. Refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving.
