1/2 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/8 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
In a large bowl, combine paprika, salt, pepper, butter, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and lemon zest. Mix together well. Shape into 12 8 inch salmon steaks. Place fish in steaks and place on a cookie sheet. Broil about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
