Smoked Salmon with Paprika Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 tablespoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

2 tablespoons butter, melted

1/8 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions

In a large bowl, combine paprika, salt, pepper, butter, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and lemon zest. Mix together well. Shape into 12 8 inch salmon steaks. Place fish in steaks and place on a cookie sheet. Broil about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

As I am trying to avoid processed sugar I used 2 tablespoons of raw honey instead. I also substituted Hershey's Dark Cocoa powder instead of vanilla-- fantastic addition!!! The perfect chocolate fluffiness/strawberry compote! I felt it needed some drying, so I added 1/2 tsp of baking powder and 1/2 tsp of salt. Awsome dress, pretty and pretty good quality.
