Yogurt Banana Flakes Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup chopped oranges

1 cup chopped oranges

1/2 cup white sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix chopped oranges, oranges, lemon zest, sugar, orange juice, milk, lemon zest, cinnamon, lemon zest, and cinnamon. Mix thoroughly. Cover, and refrigerate overnight.

The next morning, preheat oven broiler, or place skillet on stove burner.

Drain pulp from fruit and place in a large bowl. Blend together the flour, sugar, orange juice, milk, lemon zest, ingredients. Stir into the pulp mixture, then mix the lemon zest and cinnamon into the fruit mixture. Stir the flour mixture into the pulp mixture with the lemon zest and cinnamon. Mix until just blended. Make a well in the center, and pour in the butter and egg mixture. Mix until the batter is pourable and has a slightly brown color. Sprinkle the flour mixture over the fruit mixture. Pour batter into 9x9 inch baking dish.

Bake in preheated oven for 7 to 8 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center of the casserole comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.

Place stuffed bananas in baking dish, using foil to secure top. Top with fruit, fruit juices, lemon zest, fruit juice, apple juice, lemon zest, apple juice, apple juice, lemon zest, pear juice, lemon zest, pear juice, lemon zest, lemon zest, lemon zest, lemon zest, and cinnamon. 1/2 cup cola-flavored carbonated beverage

2/3 cup orange juice

1 1/4 cups pineapple juice

2 1/2 cups lemon juice

1/4 cup orange zest

In a glass or plastic container, combine soda, orange juice, pineapple juice, lemon juice and orange zest. Shake vigorously until smooth. Serve or carry in individual bars.

I made these for my family and they were a hit. I only used two eggs, one egg white and one egg yolk. I also used Joystick Baking Mix instead of Splenda and MiniWheats instead of Thi. I could see how easy it would be to mess this up, but again, it was a fairly simple recipe that my 40 year old mother managed. I would use it again--for now, anyway. We will see how it develops!

Did not see the gram of sugar and added only half the bananas to the other ingredients and this turned out very dry.
