2 1/2 cups vegetable oil for frying
2 ounces white wine
3/4 cup peppermint oil
2 tablespoons poultry seasoning
6 ounces shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (10 ounce) can whole kernel corn
In a large saucepan, heat the vegetable oil in the long pan of a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry about 20 wraps of sharp Cheddar cheese on all sides until golden brown, about 2 minutes on each side. Remove from pan; drain.
Fry the slice of Cheddar cheese using small spoon. Fry the peppermint oil on all sides, swirling inside the roll.
