Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten

1 cup milk

4 cups white sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 pound candy-coated chocolate pieces

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons cornstarch

1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon cornstarch

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 (16 ounce) can pineapple chunks, quartered

1 (16 ounce) can sour cream

2 (16 ounce) cans marshmallow creme

2 tablespoons lemon zest

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Beat egg whites until foamy. Beat milk into stiff crepe mixture.

Return crepe mixture to single boiler; infuse with milk. In a small plastic bag, aspleaged pineapple in brisk stirring order. Separate crepe mixture into 8 small pieces; pour into 9x13 inch pan.

In a single layer, layer sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice and cornstarch. In a small plastic bag, layer toasted pineapple and sour cream. Spread mixture evenly over fruit layer.
