Fried Kielbasa in Reds Recipe

Ingredients

1 (12 ounce) package kielbasa sausage

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon oil

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/3 teaspoon dried basil

1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 pound red potatoes, cut into small pieces

1 pound shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

Place kielbasa sausage in a large skillet. Brown on both sides and drain.

Place Worcestershire sauce, oil, garlic powder, oregano, basil, rosemary, oil, potatoes and cheese in large bowl. Cover and refrigerate 5 minutes.

Fry kielbasa 5 to 7 minutes, flipping them every so often. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
