1/2 cup coffee
1 cup malt vinegar
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried minced garlic
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 cup cider vinegar
1 egg, beaten
1 lemon liqueur
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup lemonade
1 teaspoon Peppermint seasoning, or to taste
In a small bowl, mix together the coffee, malt vinegar, onion, rosemary, garlic, salt, pepper and cider vinegar. Mix in the egg, lemon liqueur, lemonade and vanilla. Let stand at room temperature until serving. Fill each sterilized 10 inch water canister half full of hot water and fill until inside canister is about 2 inches above smooth side of glass. Secure a rubber band around the top of the jar and squeeze mixture onto the top of the canister. Screw onto the lid with a rubber band.
Proceed with using the method for eleven liters (you may wish to use equal portions of soda per liter for easier passing.) Fill canister with cold water. Add enough lemons to cover the entire liquid within the canister. Fill canister.
