4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Place chicken in a large bowl; spoon ketchup over chicken.
To the ketchup add vinegar and mustard. Mix well. Place chicken in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes, uncovered. Turn chicken occasionally, with toothpicks, and basting with ketchup as needed.
