Three Bean Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

1 (12 ounce) package blue corn muffin mix

1 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup water

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a 2 quart casserole dish, combine the muffin mix, soy sauce, water and remaining 3/4 cup of the hot water. Coat a deep skillet with cooking spray and grill or fry until golden brown. Drain completely on paper towels and serve immediately.

I have made this for many occasions. Everyone always asks for the recipe. I always add a bit of garlic powder and parsley. Very good. I used olive oil instead of vegetable oil, and i did not have any minced garlic on hand. I immediately thought of using my husband's chopped garlic, but I added my own. It was very easy to make. I will definetly make this again.

I followed the recipe exactly making no changes and these were amazing! They were perfectly tender, moist, and flavorful. I followed all of the directions and recommendations to the letter and they were all gone within minutes of setting them out! Perfect! Will definitely make often.
