1 (14 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 large onion, diced
2 medium carrots, sliced
2 small potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 cup uncooked white rice
1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
In a mixing bowl, stir together pineapple, onion, carrots, potatoes, rice and chicken soup. Chill in refrigerator.
