2 pounds turkey breast cut into 1 inch cubes
5 (10 ounce) burritos
1 (1 ounce) package instant homemade refried beans
1 cup sliced black olives
1 cup sliced sunflower seeds
2 onions, thinly sliced
5 cups water
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
In a small mixing bowl, combine the burritos, instant refried beans, black olives, sunflower seeds, onions, water and shredded cheese.
Heat the refried beans in a microwave or large stockpot over medium heat. Stir to coat and cook for about 1 minute. Transfer to a large bowl and stir in seasoned tortillas, salsa, sour cream and cheese.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
