5 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/3 cup mango wine vinegar
6 fat free cracker crumbs
4 slices frozen vegetables, thawed
2 teaspoons paprika
Place the chicken into the pita or skillet (check with a fork if the chicken is brown in the center). Spread lemon juice over the outside of the chicken pieces. Sprinkle with the vinegar, cracker crumbs, vegetable mixture and paprika.
Cook 10 minutes or until chicken juices have been spread out on both sides and juices run clear.
