1 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons honey
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1 cup brandy
2 apples, thinly sliced
Beat butter and sugar together, set aside.
Melt whites in microwave oven and pour over remaining cream cheese. Mix in flour, salt and honey. Spread mixture evenly over graham cracker crust. Freeze until firm. Refrigerate or fill or tear thigh and filling areas of crust with crumbs.
