1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
1/3 cup water
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup milk
1 cup frozen chopped peaches
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup apricot preserves
Bring a large saucepan of water to boiling. Add cream cheese and spreaded pudding mix; stir. Bring to a boil. Boil 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Mix in eggs, water and vanilla pudding mix. Continue to simmer, stirring constantly, for 35 minute to 1 hour.
Whisk egg mixture into cream cheese mixture and gently pour over chocolate layer. Cover and chill overnight. Remove chocolate layer from refrigerator.
Prepare apricot preserves by mixing together lemon juice, butter, preserves and apricot preserves until smooth. Place apricot and lemon heads over marshmallow mixture and 1 tablespoon marshmallow mixture on all sides of peaches and crackers. Refrigerate at least 8 hours before cutting into squares.
