Shrimp Omelet Recipe


2 eggs

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 1/2 cups egg yolks

1 cup milk

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

This was a miss for a few reasons. One, I didn't have the shrimp seasoning so I substituted oregano. Two, I forgot the next day so I made a second batch. Three, I ran out of pasta so I substituted another two cups of whole wheat pasta. Four...oh my...my....there it was! Five minutes prep and it was perfection! Six minutes prep and it was even better! I used 10" shrimp and it came out fantastic. I didn't even add the oil. The pasta was preposterous and I wouldn't change a thing. Thanks for a Keeper recipe!
