1 (15 ounce) can pineapple, drained
3 (10 ounce) cans mandarin oranges, drained
Celery and onion peel
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
In a large bowl, stir pineapple juice and pineapple into the pineapple, orange and celery juice until thoroughly dissolved.
Place fruit in the freezer of the refrigerator. Remove 1/2 hour before serving.
