Sandy Pasta Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 cup chopped red onion

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 clove garlic, minced

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

6 ounces Italian sausage, diced

1 (16 ounce) package homemade spaghetti sauce

Directions

Heat olive oil and saute onion and garlic in saute pan. Cover pan and fry until golden brown. Place cream cheese and cream cheese mixture over onion and garlic, stirring until smooth. Serve hot.

Add sausage, cream cheese mixture, and spaghetti sauce; stir just enough to lighten the cream cheese and cheese mixture.
