2 tablespoons white sugar
1 quarts coffee souring concentrate
1 tablespoon butter
1 medium banana
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons strawberry wine
1 teaspoon pineapple juice
1 teaspoon pineapple preserves
2 /4 cup dark rum
2 tablespoons malt vinegar
1/4 cup juniper berries
In a large bowl, mix sugar, coffee souring and butter. Stir until smooth and well blended. Stir in the banana, lime juice, grape fruit, pineapple juice and pineapple preserves. Garnish lightly with dark rum.
