2 medium heads broccoli, cut into florets
3 zucchinis, peeled, scrubbed, and cut into thin strips
2 zucchinis, peeled, sliced
1 cherry, blossom pointed
1 small red onion, diced
2 tomatoes, peeled, deveined and chopped
I steeped raw barbeque vegetables in boiling water until tender but firm, about 15 minutes. Drain and transfer to liquid in a saucepan or saucepan bowl. within 30 minutes, boil for 4 minutes.
Serve with mincemeat poured over greens.
