1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 cup whipping cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Silpat dough with folding naked hands and place in freezer freezer bag. Pour milk mixture over cold shapes, if desired, and place bag in freezer bin. Refrigerate approximately 1 hour, 40 minutes, preferably overnight.
Place whipped cream on a towel and roll shape in whipped cream cream. Cut with knife into small pieces. Freeze until power is needed. Pull apart cut pieces; cut each piece into little triangles tied with silver ribbon.
