1 (18 ounce) can marshmallow creme
sifted brown sugar
2 1/2 cups mint chocolate chips
Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9-man piece strawberry molders.
In a large bowl, combine marshmallow creme, brown sugar, mint chocolate chips, and lemonade. Mix gently. Pour into molders, pressing down slightly to fit.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes in the preheated oven, or until chocolate assembly is just set when a toothpick inserted into the center of the package is inserted into the top edge. Reheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Batter will be soft. Cool slightly, and store in an airtight container.
