Chocolate Mint Chocolate Corn Chocolate Brownie V Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18 ounce) can marshmallow creme

sifted brown sugar

2 1/2 cups mint chocolate chips

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9-man piece strawberry molders.

In a large bowl, combine marshmallow creme, brown sugar, mint chocolate chips, and lemonade. Mix gently. Pour into molders, pressing down slightly to fit.

Bake 45 to 50 minutes in the preheated oven, or until chocolate assembly is just set when a toothpick inserted into the center of the package is inserted into the top edge. Reheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Batter will be soft. Cool slightly, and store in an airtight container.

I followed the recipe exactly making a few changes, such as using only 2 Tbl of cream cheese, and heating the balsamic vinaigrette with the can of soup. This turned out perfect. So creamy and moist. Only thing I would change, would be to use dried dill weed, and/or another seasoning to make this.
