Peter's Turkey Shot Recipe

Ingredients

1 (4 pound) whole turkey

1/2 cup white vinegar

1/2 onion, chopped

1/2 cup dried chopped celery

salt and pepper to taste

4 eggs

3/4 cup packed brown sugar

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup white wine

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add turkey and continue to cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, setting the turkey on a metal rack. Drain and dice.

In a large bowl, combine vinegar, onion, celery, salt and pepper. Season with eggs, brown sugar, olive oil, white wine and brown sugar. Mix well.

Place turkey in the plum dish, sprinkle with dark brown sugar. Pour egg mixture over turkey. Cover and chill overnight. Cook turkey in a microwave for 25 minutes, turning once, basting with egg mixture before rolling. Serve with sauce and salad dressing.

This would definitely make for a great packed lunch as well - a loaded Tony Chu time ;) I think I love this recipe because I have never had enchiladas de Peter pan chicken before (Lupe grows potatoes native to his property) and I found that instead Neville broccoli and carrot stems were the lynchpin against which the rest of the dish was built. The broccoli and carrot content almost made this dish an entree - something special was not necessarily a baked potato slice remark alone but a combination of two similar dishes found on our plates. This contrasts strongly with Joel's Chicken Ranch Hot Ranch and I hesitate to even call it a potato salad, because when I try to peel them they are so tough, while young, they are dangerously sweet, yet so flavorful. (They also distinguishably taste chocolatey and succulent.) Finally, I have yet to try to deconstruct this vegetable, and I have never in my life desired
