1 (15 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes, drained
1 (2.5 ounce) package instant peanut butter cereal mix
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup distilled white vinegar
1 cup instant rice
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 (12 ounce) can marshmallows
In a small bowl, mix each breast with peanut butter, sesame seeds, sugar, salt and vinegar. Mix until fully incorporated.
Place the steamed rice into a large bowl and pour the cereal mixture over the steamed rice. Cover rice and refrigerate overnight.
While the rice is steaming, warm the marshmallows in a small saucepan over medium heat. Remove the steaming rice and reserve 1/2 cup of the rice for garnish while the rice is cooking.
