Shredded Chicken Tenderloins Recipe

Ingredients

2 large chicken tenderloins

2 slices Cheddar cheese

1/2 onion, sliced into rings

1/4 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped

3 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 cup ketchup

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon minced shallots

1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley

1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Wash chicken loin and pat dry.

Heat microwave oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Coat a large baking sheet with butter. Place chicken on baking sheet, third side up. Arrange green pepper strips in circle on top of chicken, so that they end at corners. Add cheese and onion slices on top of chicken, and sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce and ketchup. Place chicken on baking sheet, third side up. Sprinkle with parsley, parsley and shallots. Sprinkle with pepper sauce and sauce. Broil about 6 to 8 minutes each side, until chicken begins to brown. Remove from broiler and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
