2 pounds chicken breast, skin-side up
2 1/2 cups dry white wine
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons white sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 dash garlic pepper seasoning
Place chicken in a large, deep skillet. Fry over medium high heat for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
In a simple microwave-safe bowl, combine wine, oil, sugar, salt, onion, garlic powder, and garlic pepper seasoning. Microwave on 3 minutes, stirring just until sugar dissolves. Transfer to a large serving dish.
