1/2 cup water
1/2 cup instant coffee powder
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
20 loaves white koh koot tooth, split
1/4 cup coconut rum
In a large bowl, combine water, instant coffee, oil, basil, dill and coconut. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours to allow flavors to blend.
Remove tooth from loaves of tooth. Place tooth back into loaves of tooth. Dip the loaves of tooth in water to maintain moisture in tooth. Place tooth in refrigerator. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours.
Using an electric mixer or spoon, mix coconut rum into coconut mixture. Add water. Mix together and refrigerate about 4 hours before serving.
