2 eggs
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup milk
1 cup chopped walnuts
In a large mixing bowl, beat egg, lemon juice and sugar until mixing thickens. after mixing, adjust egg and/or juice to taste. Serve chilled or to taste.
