1 (8 ounce) container cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 (3.5 ounce) can sliced black olives
2 (8 ounce) cans diced green olives
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, sour cream, black olives and green olives. Shape mixture into a ball. Chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour or overnight.
Roll out cream cheese mixture and roll into a 2 inch circle. Press half of center of each pie crust onto top of cream cheese mixture. Place on serving platter.
