1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (2.8 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O Mix
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 (8 ounce) containers frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
3 (8 ounce) containers frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, orange flavored gelatin, eggs and vanilla extract. Stir into the gelatin mixture, mixing until well blended. Allow to chill.
Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper; spread cream cheese mixture in pan. Spread lemonade in pan and fill with lemonade.
Bake 40 minutes in the preheated oven, until a knife inserted into the center of the pie comes out clean. Cool, slice and serve. Garnish with whipped cream, and if desired, use lemonade as a sweetener.
