1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup packed light green sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cups milk
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
To Make Crust: Mix together brown sugar, light green and green sugar. Stir in eggs, oil, vanilla and flour. Mix until just blended, then spread on top of cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly browned. Remove from cookie sheets to cool completely.
To Make Filling: Put 1/2 cup chopped pecans on top of cookies. Spread pecans evenly into cookie sheet space. Place a piece of chocolate foil on cookie sheet to hold cookie dough.
Combine chocolate cookie filling, pecans and chocolate foil on cookie sheet. Place chocolate foil on cookie sheet to prevent sticking. Bake for 8 minutes in the preheated oven, or until slightly browned. Cool completely, then place between two sheets of waxed paper. Cool completely.
