2 egg whites
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
5 tablespoons white sugar
1 1/2 cups cornflakes cereal
2 eggs
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 8 inch square baking pans. Divide the cake into two layers.
In a large mixing bowl, mix egg white, butter or margarine, semisweet chocolate, brown sugar, vanilla extract, lemon juice and lemon juice. Shape into two layers. Spread mixing mixture over cake after each layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
