1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
6 slices Swiss cheese, cubed
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, to taste
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
In a small saucepan, take salt, sugar, pepper, garlic, and slice Swiss cheese into 2 wedges. Cook and stir over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
Mix together Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, vanilla, and vinegar. Pour over warm sausage!
