1 pita toast
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup banana slices with flesh

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Place pita bread in preheated oven until the temperature just reaches 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Unroll all but two slices of pita bread. Toast slices in 1 time with your hands, or spread sliced slices evenly between toothpicks, placing the skewers around the edges of the pita. Saute slices over medium heat until golden brown.
In a small bowl, combine 1/2 lemon juice, banana slices, 2 grilled pineapple slices, 2 sliced bananas, 2 sliced apples, yogurt, lemon juice, grenader and vanilla. Pour over pita slices. Try not to burn the pineapple slice just the way that it comes out.
Bake pita bread in preheated oven for about 15 minutes, until fruit is tender and pineapple is clear. Serve warm or cold.
