Cheese Dip II Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (8 ounce) container sour cream, softened

1/4 cup butter

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Spread a layer of cream cheese on the bottom of a 7 inch square pan. Layer sour cream and butter over cream cheese.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove cheese from oven and sprinkle with butter. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bake for 5 minutes per inch of measurement. Height of the cheese layers must be no more than 8 inches to allow the cheese to melt completely.

Keep a cold beer or a pitcher of water nearby. First time I have ever made this and it turned out very well. However I did use lighter cream sugar than the packet instructions stated and did add in extra cream crumb but other than that mmmm!
