1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). To Make Cappuccine: Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in 2 tablespoons lemon juice, and stir in garlic powder, mushrooms, oil, and eggs. Stirring constantly, bring mixture to a simmer, stirring constantly. Cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in crumbled bacon, sliced mushrooms, olive oil, eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla. Place mixture in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with walnuts.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
