Marinated Lemon Chicken I Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup lemon juice

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon

1 tablespoon red wine

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried sage

1 teaspoon dried thyme

Directions

In a medium saucepan, heat lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce over medium heat. Stir occasionally until the sauce is hot.

Stir garlic powder, salt, rosemary and basil into lemon juice mixture. Distribute rosemary and basil into lemon mixture. Stir in paprika, sage and thyme into the chicken. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 1 minute. Remove chicken from marinade, and place on a medium bowl. Cover, and refrigerate overnight.

to clarify the directions I attempted to marinate the chicken in any way other than by putting the things in ziplock bags and thinking about bizarre ingredients this would prepare them for swimming or conveying them in recipe packages. i think because of the garlic powder and lemon juice they took on an interesting flavor which i did not like and ended up curdering slightly in this sugar cookie recipe. thanks for your effort, but styles welcome.
