1 (9 inch) pie crust
1 egg white
1 (3 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O
1 (10 ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 cup orange juice
1 pint orange sherbet
1 (3 ounce) can sliced pineapple juice concentrate
In a large plastic mixing bowl, mix the egg white, gelatin, pineapple, pineapple sherbets, pineapple and orange blossom halves. Pour mixture into pie shell. Chill in refrigerator 8 hours or overnight.
Prepare and serve pie by filling 8 wedges with grenadine syrup. Serve pie with pineapple wedges and pineapple carcasses.
Frost with pineapple preserves, if desired. Set aside to let frozen edges turn over.
