1/2 cup melted butter
1/3 (1 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 (10 ounce) can diced spinach
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
In a medium bowl, blend butter, cream cheese, sour cream and diced spinach. Sprinkle over sandwiches.
