1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon orange juice
2 tablespoons miniature marshmallows
1 teaspoon gum paste
In a medium saucepan, combine milk, butter, lemon juice, and remaining 1/3 cup sugar, and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils vigorously. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice, orange juice, and marshmallows.
Cover with sterilized, frightening-looking foil. Frost with gumpaste in poorly dipped spoon.
