3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1 pinch garlic powder
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, water, garlic powder, sesame seeds and 1/2 cup margarine.
Place chicken pieces in the mixture, turning once. Place chicken over the sauce, turning once, and coat with margarine.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
I followed the recipe exactly making no changes and these were perfect flavors - and just as I remembered, 0.3 tsp of cinnamon and 0.3 tsp of nutmeg added to the already delicious mix. Haven't tried the salsa yet, but it is tasty. I will keep trying the recipe though, and will give more feedback if it is good.
