3 eggs
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/3 cup butter, softened
3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 hot dogs
1 tablespoon ranch sauce
1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, oil and flour together. Stir in the salt, nutmeg, butter, 1 cup cheese and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
Cover dough and refrigerate overnight. To begin baking, grease a 2 quart casserole dish. Roll up dough and place in the prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Reduce heat to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and bake an additional 15 minutes, or until firm. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Remove from oven, sprinkle with shredded Monterey Jack cheese and bake an additional 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and brush with melted butter. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese and sauce. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
