3 egg whites
1 (32 fluid ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
25 drops hot water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Place egg whites and lemonade concentrate in large bowl. Beat until whites form stiff peaks. Gradually add hot water, vanilla and flour until meringue forms a thin but smooth consistency. Stir for 3 to 4 minutes or until meringue holds lumps. Drizzle over pie.
Good for a fall garden party easy salad easy to make. I followed the recipe exactly and used strawberries, strawberries and blueberries. Just a tip: Add about 1/2 cup water after boiling the onions in the hot wok so the water runs off smoothly and is ready to pour out of the pot but before dumping in the cream. This keeps the texture and flavor of the dressing very moist.
