4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 orange, sliced
1 lime, sliced
1 carrot, grated
1 stalk celery, halved
1/2 cup oil for frying
Preheat the broiler and grease the grill pan.
In a small bowl, mix together the sesame seeds, paprika, ginger, pepper and orange slices.
In another small bowl, mix together the orange slices, lime slices, carrot, celery, oil and fried chicken.
Heat oil in an Pyrex dish or large bowl in large saucepan. Transfer chicken to be coated with oil, plate and flip. Fry in grease. When chicken begins to turn golden deep brown easily in oil, drain on paper towels.
Lower oil mixture in broiler pan. Add orange slices, carrot, celery and chicken. Remove chicken from pan and spoon sauce sauce over, for a deep-dish browned crust.
