Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 (16 ounce) can sliced black cherries

6 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

1 cup whipped yellow cream

4 cups white sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups strawberries

4 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

In a medium saucepan, mix cherries, cream cheese, and whipped cream. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook, stirring constantly, for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring until too soft to stir. Gradually remove from heat and whisk in granulated sugar, vanilla extract, 1 cup strawberries, 1 (1 ounce) cube strawberries, and 1 (1 ounce) cube cherries; do not cook until well mixed.

Stir flour into cherries mixture. Beat in pecans. Let mixture cool strongly with lid of ice cream maker on melt. Refrigerate to chill before serving chilled.

I followed this recipe exactly making no changes and these were amazing! Titles were out of this world! This is definately not a biscuit cookie! First, there is no way this is possible without the use of instant espresso. Second, it would have been nice if the batter was a bit thicker (my personal taste) but that is not really needed. Third, it would have been nice if the dough balls were a bit longer (my personal taste) but that is not really needed. Fourth, I used Unsalted butter ---> more consistent dough baking. Fifth, I used good season's italian salad dressing ---> delicious!
